You fly your balloon to Wimpy Wonderland and then you go left to Surrey Street and the first house you see on Surrey Street is Greg's house. You go in his house, go right (as in left and right) to the TV then you just click it and your playing Twisted Wizard.

It's not actually supposed to be in the island, but Twisted Wizards is a video game Greg Heffley is addicted to. You must beat the game for Greg by clicking on the wizard before the game starts, or just click use on the Twisted Wizards CD. If you don't have it just use the first part of my answer.
