It is located directly above and at the forward end of the starter just beneath the right bank engine head. Depending on the type of exhaust system you have it may be needed to remove the starter and or the right exhaust pipe from the manifold
Answerits the coolant level sensor, located on the passenger side of the radiator.the sensors are known to go bad over time.the engine coolant temp sensor is located on the drivers side head, and will have 2 wires on 99+ and 3 wires on a 1998 ls1 f-carActually, coolant temperature module / sensor is located on the water pump of your '96 Z28. Changed my last year - fairly easy to do.
the coolant temp sensor on an iroc-z camaro assuming your engine is stock is located below and a little to the left of the maf (mass air flow sensor). it should be pointing down and threaded into the top of the water pump hope this helps.
side of the head on the drivers side, close the exhaust mainifold
Most likely a bad sensor/relay
how do you change a crankshaft position sensor on a 1999 chevy camaro z28?
located in the air tube leading to the intake (throttle body)
its on the back of the intake, plugged into the top of an adapter looking thing
There is no crank sensor on a 1986 camaro z28.. that sensor is in the camaros past 1988 i believe.. but the 1986 carb or fuel injection (tpi) does not have one
It should be in the tubing in the air filter running into the throttle body. They are usually after the air cleaner.
No it does not
