I've seen a lot of good and a lot of bad investment opportunities during my journey in the investment world.

I wouldn't focus on how unique an idea is but I rather put my time in finding an investment that's in your comfort zone.

for example:

What kind of risks can you take?

What kind of returns do you prefer (fixed percentages or floating percentages)?

Is it money you can afford to lose (in this way you can take higher risks, but also higher returns)?

It's not easy to figure these things out for someone else.

I've been in your shoes and tested a lot of opportunities before I found a product that suits my needs and risk appetite.
