The key factor in the placement of "where to position the golfball" is based upon the position of the Golf swing arc where it comes to its lowest point. It is the general practice that this point or position is slighty off of the heel of the leading foot. Right heel for a left handed golfer, and left heel for a right handed golfer. Slight changes to this could be made to alter the flight of the golfball by positioning the ball slighty more forward in the stance to allow the impact point to be more on the upswing thereby promoting a slighty higher ball flight trajectory. This might be useful with a tail wind on the tee shot or with a driver that has a small degree of loft, 7.5 or similar. You should avoid from moving the ball back in the stance as this would tend to promote a downward impact on the golfball and tend to cause you to "pop-up" the ball thereby creating a loss of distance and control. The drive should always be a "sweeping motion" through the golfball and not a downward type of impact as is the case with the play of most of the irons in play. For general practice position the ball off the heel of the leading foot, toe the leading foot towards the target slighty to promote a easier turning or "coiling" motion of the body, drive your hips through the target line on the downswing not "around", and extend your follow through down the target line path towards a full high follow through finish. I hope that this has helped you out. Thanks.
You would be best going to get custom fit and see what they say. They will measure you height and distance from your finger tips to the floor. They may just cut a few inches off the driver but they may simply adjust the lie angle for you. Two 5'5'' golfers may easily have different length drivers.
It should be about up to your shoulder, off your foot [with out a shoe on].
Irons range from about 39 inches to 35.5 inches, 3 iron being the longest then descending in length by .5 inches to .25 inches for each iron all the way down to wedge. The standard length of a driver is between 45.5 and 46 inches.
12 to 15 inches
12-15 inches
fuel filter should be under car, driver side should be about 4 inches long. it is a in line filter
Stand still and be quiet and wait for them to play their shot.
Get into the bunker, play their shot then rake the bunker as they are leaving.

A good mechanic should be able to fabricate brackets to give you a few more inches of adjustment.
Probably standard. Whatever that is. It used to mean a 43" driver, but now it might mean a 44.5" one. There are a number of methods to determine whether you should use overlength clubs. One is to measure the height of your fingertips. 27" would be standard, with the club length changed 1/4 to 1/2 the difference. E.g. if your fingertip height is 28", add 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Another is to use the height of the top of your hand (at the seam with the wrist),with 34" being standard, and the adjustment 1/4 of the difference from standard.
The tradition is to warn other players by calling "Fore!"
