It depends on the manufacturers instructions as to where they should be stored. Some can be frozen and some can not. Liquid vaccines that contain an aluminum adjuvant can permanently lose potency when exposed to freezing temperatures.

Vaccines should be stored in the middle of the refrigerator, not in

the door or on the bottom shelf, because the temperature in the

middle does not change as easily.
