Mac OS X has Bluetooth and sharing capabilities built in. Turn on Bluetooth from the Bluetooth section in System Preferences. In the Sharing section of System Preferences turn on Bluetooth Sharing and use the menus to the right to set up how you want it to work, where you want to save accepted items etc. The Bluetooth File Exchange software can be found in the Utilities folder which is in the Applications folder.
