Go to ROUTE 25 in Kanto. There is a small huse there, which belongs to Bill's (Computer guy) grandfather. There he will explain that Bill told him about a Pokemon which is round, blue and has leaves on it's head. This is Oddish. Find an Oddish (either from you Pokemon Party, PC box or catch one in the wild) then show it two him. He will be pleased and give you a Leaf Stone as a reward. Hope this helps :)

If you go to Cerulean City up north at the peak it is a house, in that house Bill's Grandpa lives. If you show him the Pokemon he describes he will give you stones. Including Leaf-Stone.
