Where do you get shadow ball in Pokemon ruby?

There is one at the top of Mt. Pyre's interior (the inside, NOT THE OUTSIDE). It is the only one in the WHOLE game.

Shadow Ball....Ghost-type move....Power 80....Accuracy 100.

Description: "Hurls a black blob at the foe. May lower Spec. Def."
