∙ 14y agoFirst of all, you need the three first bagdes. you cant get the squirtle bottle without them. After that, go up to the tree that wiggles when you toch it (sodowoodo). Somewhere aroud the tree there will stand a girl... speek to her and then go to the flower shop.
