∙ 10y agoafter you beat the game you will go to the SS Anne to Vermillion City. Then you have to battle all trainers on board and find the little girl who is with the captain and give her to her dad will give you a metal coat.
If you Go to the pokeathalon it costs 1500 points and if it is not there turn off you ds/dsi and set the date forward or backward a day.
You need to have competed Johto. Then when you get the ticket from P. Elm, ride the SS Aqua. Complete the thing you have to (YouTube has good walkthroughs to show you how) then a man will give you a metal coat before you get off the ship. Otherwise, buy one for athlete points at the Pokeathlon League
