on the 01 spectras the fuse is located in the drivers side kick panel by the floor
in the trunk on driver's side.
Open the dashboard fuse panel and look for the fuse marked cig ...replace it
I'm sorry I don't have an answer but I have the same car and the cigarette lighter works one day then not the next day. It isn't the thing you light with though, because cellphone chargers don't work either. Well they work for a few minutes then stop, then work again. It's very frustrating.

If it's for the 4 door sedan, then you want to go under the hood and pop the top of your battery case off. It doesn't take much to do so. Next you'll want locate fuse #2. That's the one that controls the lighter outlet. If you're looking for the 2 door...I have no clue.

They used to stand for Catera Touring Sedan when the CTS first replaced the Catera. Now it doesnt mean anything in particular. Just a model line in Cadillac that is a Sedan, Coupe, and Sport Wagon.
it depends on the conditions the car is being driven. In certain conditions (in city, heavy traffic, less number of passangers) hatchback will have advantage over a sedan due to being a bit lighter, but when driving on the highway with 4-5 passangers a sedan will be more confortable because the driving will be smoother.
