If your question is, "What teams have finished a seven game series by winning the last two games on the road?", then the answer is
1979 Pittsburgh Pirates
1968 Detroit Tigers
1958 New York Yankees
1952 New York Yankees (although Brooklyn was hardly a "road" game)
1934 Saint Louis Cardinals
1926 Saint Louis Cardinals
The Yankees played four games away (0-4) and three games at home (3-0) in the 2001 World Series.
Ivory Coast and North Korea both have pink away kits for the 2010 Fifa World Cup
Five (5)
The teams that don't ear an away kit are........ i actually don't know:> :O :P
I'm not sure whether or not you mean they won the series while being the home team, or just won a world series the inaugural season of a new stadium. so i will give both; 1909 Pittsburgh Pirates won the world series opening Forbes Field that year. Beating the Detroit Tigers in seven games, in Detroit. Although this series went all seven games only the first two game where played in Pittsburgh. Three years later in 1912 Fenway park was open, the Boston Red Soxs won the World Series that year, obviously, that being question and answer at hand. They beat the New York Giants in eight games, that's right, eight games! Game two went into the eleventh inning and the scored tied at 6 resulting in a tie! The game was called due to darkness. This was won at home. A short eleven years later the New York Yankees won the world series as well as opening the famous Yankee stadium. They also defeated the New York Giants, however this ended in sixs games, the last game being played at the Polo Grounds. Since it isn't to often that a team gets a new stadium or a new team wins the world series. It wasn't until 2006, which I'm not to sure if this counts; that the St. Louis Cardinals opened the "New Busch Stadium" as well as defeating the Detroit Tigers. This was a home game. So i guess the answer in short is, four teams have won the World Series the same year they opened a stadium, two being the away team and two being the home team. Oddly enough it was two teams that gave up both losses, the New York Giants and the Pittsburgh Pirates! I guess its up to the New York Yankees now to make history again and win the World Series in there new home!!! I wrote this before I was a member..... just a little lesson on baseball history from just a fan, Nashoba Simmons-aka shobarae
It typically is donated to a third world country, well away from the mainstream.
It's anybody's guess. At the time of this answer, the 2013 World Series is three seasons away. We should at least wait until that season begins.

Don't know the odds to win the series, but... I was in Vegas...must have been just before the series. I noticed the odds for a Reds sweep were 400-1! Being a Reds fan, I remember thinking about plunking $10 on the bet, but didn't, figuring it would be throwing my money away....
The duration of Sail Away - TV series - is 1800.0 seconds.

In 1995 Commemorative Collectors Set of three World Series press pins were given away at Yankee Stadium, and Sponsored by Chemical Bank. The Set feature replica World Series Press pins from 1923, 1961, and 1978. I do not know what year the Chase Bank sponsored 1952 World Series pin was issued but it would be of similar value, about $10. -$20. each with the original package.See Related Links for more information on the 1995 Stadium Give away pins.
