The 320 GB PS3 has a game and twice the harddrive at $299.96 which is only $50 more than the PS3 160 GB model. All other PS3s models must be purchased used or refurbished or from old store stock. There are original new in block 60 GB PS3s that are collectible items offered for sale. Used PS3s that can play PS2 games have often been repaired and sometimes the repair is known to be temporary although it will always work when received. That is because the fix is remelting and overheating causes the problem to come back. Some used machines have been banned from PSN and you will not be able to join the Playstation Network

20gb and 60gb ps3 can play ps2 and ps1 games?

The 80gb ps3 doesn't play all ps2 games.

I would recommend you buy the 60gb because it has more memory.

I downloaded like 40 songs off my mp3 and it took almost 40gb of system memory. So if you like movies you can play them on a ps3 60gb!

If you a big fan of buying music cd's you can play them on the 60gb ps3.

On the 60gb ps3 where you insert your ps3 disk it also has chrome.

On the slim models it is made out of plastic.

The ps3's that are backwards compatible have 4 usb ports instead of 2.

That add-on will only work for the 20gb 60gb and 80gb version.

Any version that has more than 80gb of memory isn't backwards compatible.

PS3 is better, PS2 is cheaper. You can get a USED PS2 complete system including games on Ebay for the cost of a new game or controller for the PS3.
