- A site near Rifle, Colorado was used for a simultaneous triple underground test shot as part of Project Plowshare (peaceful uses).
- The Trinity site in New Mexico (1945).
- A site near Carlsbad, New Mexico was used for an underground test shot as part of Project Plowshare.
- A site in the Pacific southwest of San Diego, California was used for a couple of nuclear depth charge effects tests.
- Three or four other sites in the continental US were used for other Project Plowshare test shots, but I don't recall locations.
The BIG shots were outside the US; on Bikini and Eniwetok atolls.
