The longer bone of the arm is the humerus, which is the the upper portion of the arm. The other bones in the arm are the ulna (which is on the pinkie side) and the radius (which is the on thumb side). In the leg, the femur is the longest. (It is by the way the longest bone in the body) The other two main bones in the leg are below the knee cap, which are the fibula and tibia.

to make the bones move more swiftly and gently to make movement easer
There are five types of bones:Long Bones --- Femur is a good example.Short Bones -- Carpals.Irregular bones -- vertebrae.Flat bones -- The bones of the skull are a prime example.Sesamoid bones -- High-stress bones encased in tendons, connective tissue, etc. Kneecaps are an example.
makes bones lightweight by it's holes and able your bones to move much easier because it makes bones lightweight by it's holes so it's job is to make your bones lightweight and to make your bones move easier
Bone types are classified according to their shape. First, we have the long bones. Long bones are wide and are found in your arms and legs. Second, the short bones. These bones are fairly equal-sized in width and length, similar to a cube, and are mostly found in your wrists and ankles. Third, we have flat bones. These are thinner bones that can be either flat or curved and are platelike in nature. Examples of flat bones are the skull, ribs, and breastbone (sternum). Irregular bones are like the parts of a jigsaw puzzle. These are the odd-shaped bones needed to connect to other bones. The hip bones and vertebrae that make up our spine are examples of irregular bones.

Guys may make fun of your legs, but not your arms because they are jealous of your legs.
It is not in our genetic code to have eight legs and arms. It would be very useless to have eight legs and arms, as two legs and arms is highly efficient, and more is not necessary to make the human more efficient.
