There does appear to be one. It is an INVERSE correlation. As the rate of gun ownership INCREASES, the rate of violent crime DECREASES.
the USA has that dubious distinction
The US has the highest level of gun ownership in the world at about 88.8%; 34% higher than the next highest, Yemen. It's interesting to consider and not wholly unrelated that South Africa's gun ownership rate is 12.7 (which puts it at about 50th of all nations) but has a murder by gun rate of 74.57:100,000 as opposed to that of the US, 15.22:100,000, making the murder rate in South Africa the highest in the world. One has to wonder if the South African murder rate would be lower if more people there owned guns legally.
US obviously because of gun crime they should put more laws on guns duuh
Less than people would have you believe. Violent crime in the US is at the lowest point in 20 years. Areas with the highest crime rates typically are also the areas with the most gun control laws.
The only way todo it is when you buy another gun or someone gets in your mafia higher or lower than you. But I know what your talking about no you can't go to your inventory and change your weapon btw if your the person in your mafia with the highest rank then you get the powerful gun you bought.I hope this helped you.
There is no country with a zero percent crime rate as crime exists in varying degrees in all countries. Factors such as population size, economic disparities, and societal norms contribute to crime rates.
It's hard to say, since reporting of crime tends not to be the best in these countries. Mexico and Brazil are both notorious for this, but they'll probably both pale in comparison to a place like Somalia, which tends to be overlooked in these things, given its status as a failed state.
Yes. Most cities have more onerous gun control laws than the United States does. However, many of them still have higher crime rates than the US does, and within the US, the states and cities with the strictest gun control laws often have the highest crime rates, such as Chicago and Washington, D.C.
