In general open expanses of water reflect whatever colour is predominant in the environment. This usually tends to be the sky colour. If the sky is clear, water in the sea or lakes will appear blue. If the sky is dull, so also will be the water surface. The tap water in the glass will still usually be clear.
Colour is reflected and refracted light. If there is nothing from which incident light may be reflected or through which it may be refracted, then there is no sensation of color. In this case, the colour of the sky would be incumbent on whether or not there were other entities in the path of the light (such as dust or ice).
After a rain shower you can usually see a rainbow in the sky. If you shine light through a prism you see a rainbow or more correctly the colour spectrum
It would crash, but that would only happen if the transmission locked up. If the engine stops, the rotors would continue to spin and the pilot would autorotate the craft to the ground.

The pieces of dust could clog up the tubes in the engine and stop it working. No engine, no flight. The aeroplane will just fall out of the sky.
Depends on what you compare it to. An airplane has to move in relation to the air to stay flying, but it doesn't really care about what the ground is doing. If it's windy enough you can point a slow-flying airplane into the wind and remain flying while not moving in relation to the ground.
The Sky Pilot was created on 1921-04-17.
