Just about all of them. In most countries, so-called "passive" euthanasia is legal - that is when a person is being kept alive by artificial means (life support), and the support is simply terminated, allowing the person to die naturally. This is usually only done when the person made clear earlier that they do not wish to be kept alive by artificial means. "Active" euthanasia is far more controversial. That is when someone actually takes steps to hasten the death of someone else. It is illegal almost everywhere in the world. In the U.S., it is illegal in 48 states - with Washington and Oregon being the only states which allow it. In those states, there are many safeguards to ensure that the patient is the one making the decision, and nobody else. The patient must be confirmed by at least 2 independent physicians to have less than 6 months to live, that they are of sound mind (so they can make the decision intelligently), and that their quality of life is seriously impaired. Even if a person is allowed to be euthanized in either of these states, the doctor cannot actually administer the drugs that will end the patient's life. They can simply prescribe the drugs (usually a lethal dose of legal painkillers or sedatives, combined with an anti-histamine drug to prevent allergic reactions that would cause vomiting and other painful side effects), and the patient has administer the drugs to himself of herself.
