At best you can only hope to get a lot of opinion to this question. No better answer can be given. People will have reasons for the answers they share, and should share those reasons as well. As no countries are perfect and a lot of them have a dark history or are just a mess and every country has pros and cons "The world's best country" is nothing more than a subject of debate. As stated above it can at best be opinion, at worst it will get deleted from this answer.

There are many opinions....

  • The Human Development Index labels Norway as the best country to live in the world, but seeing as "best" is highly subjective terminology I think Pakistan is the best.
  • A different answer from someone else:
  • Well, this is an opinion question. i believe Russia is, but that's just
  • MY opinion. many people think America is though.
  • Another answer:
  • A lot of people say Canada's the best counrty to live in the world but that's my opinion too in Ontario (Canada's province). Think about it! No wars, so many trees, great whether! We have fresh water from our Great Lakes to drink. If you lived here, you would probably understand. It's SO nice here.
  • In my unbiased opinion, I'd have to say China. It's great. Once you go there, you'll be restricted of the rights you enjoy in any other developed country. For example, if you do not speak excellently of the supreme ruler of China, you'll get a wonderful 5 year stay in jail. That's not all! Your trial will be underground and once you enter a Chinese jail... well you pretty disappear from the rest of the world. Wonderful! Another thing you'll notice is how people smoke and drink in public areas, like buses, despite signs reading, "Do not smoke." Please enter the most wonderful place in the world, if you enjoy being run over by angry drivers.
  • The best country in the world is definitely the most developed nation, in which case, is Norway.
  • Bangladesh is the quiet clearly the best country in the world as it is the only country in the world who fought on the issue of language. The people of that country is also very proud of the fact that they are the first and only nation.I hope that I was born in that very proud nation, although I am still very proud of my very on nation.
  • It is Australia where education makes 5% of the national GDP in the country

Here are the top 10 developed nations as of 2011:

1. Norway

2. Australia

3. Netherlands

3. United States

5. New Zealand

5. Canada

5. Ireland

8. Liechtenstein

8. Germany

10. Sweden

This takes into effect the rights of the people, the corruption of the country, the everyday life, the prospering, etc. For of course, the most developed nation should earn the title of the best country!
