She was born on 14th December 1486, the youngest daughter of Ferdinand II and Isabella.She originally married Albert, Prince of Wales, but he died in 1502 after only a year of marriage. So she married Albert's younger brother, Henry in 1509. The marriage was annulled in 1533 when Henry declared his separation from the Catholic church and married Anne Boleyn. Her daughter Mary remained loyal to her until her death on the 7th January 1536, aged 50.
