I'm not sure about every god being called ceasar but I know every emperor of Rome following Julius was named ceasar, and most of them were deemed gods by the senate. This was mainly because of how Roman names worked. Emporers starting with the 2nd (Augustus) used the name Ceasar as a way of linking themselves to him. It was like saying Ceasar was a god and I'm kinda related to him so what does that make me? Plus, from the days of the early republic "King" was a title the Roman people looked down upon. Using Ceasar's name in it's place was a way of being recognized as the King without being called one.
Stone and clay was used and packed to form the arch of Augustus. Their were two.
No. This is not true. The pyramids were actually created in Ancient Egypt under the supervision of the Emporers and Pharoahs, but were planned and created by the mastermind of the time, Albert Einstein. He created the structures of the pyramids and left the plans for the pharoahs and emporers to use after he left. The plans were much to complex for the people of that time and so that is why they are not at their full capibility, design, and strength to be used as they once were.
Augustus was probably named "emperor" in some medieval history book. The Romans never used the term emperor, they called their leaders "Caesar". After the Julio/Claudian dynasty, the family name Caesar became the title for the head of state. Octavian/Augustus became the so-called emperor after winning at Actium. He referred to himself as a "princeps" or "first citizen".

GAIUS IULIUS CAESARNote that the letter "J" only became a separate letter from "I" in the Middle Ages. Also, the praenomen was rarely used to refer to people (that is the first name, Gaius.) His cognomen, Caesar would have been used in conversation.
