it is impossible to find out because there are alot of parts in both the manga and isodes that show light writing names down. this is done so in episode 1 (when light shows ryukk what he has done) and in book 1(the same thing).

Yes, Light Yagami feels that it is dangerous of Misa to keep the death note because of the fact that she is a celebrity, which would make her an easy target for L's agents. However, Misa will never admit to anything that Light would tell her not to, which proves Misa's obedience and commitment to Light.
