I believe that one is in the dash (under A/C) if not check under the hood (A/C) For 1999 Tahoe there is a fuse panel on side of dash by driver's side door. If the A/C fuse it not there it will be under hood on left fender near firewall.
NO not even close. In late 1999 chevy redesigned all the engines and transmissions. Nothing will interchange from late 1999 and up with anything under late 1999 and down.
