it depends on the model .22, in most cases the .22 will be more accurate because of the superior rifling in the barrel
Yes, but I would use Pellets not BB's in the rifle. Pellets are more accurate and deform on impact. BB's are not as accurate and do not deform on impact.
It is not recommended, but it's up to you how you take care of your rifle.
