Anything that involves sprinting followed by breaks. Or just sprinting track events.
Yes, you probably could use them for sprinting, but if sprinting what you do at every meet, I would suggest getting a pair of sprint spikes.
It could be BUT it is better to go with a shoe that was ment for track and field. The sparq TR shoes are more of a training shoe.
A hurdle is a sprinting track and field race.
It is sprinting the straight sways and and jogging the rounds on a track
From a young age, Bolt was interested in sports. However it was not until his high school cricket coach encouraged him to get into Track and Field events that he realized his passion for sprinting.
Sprinting
Cross Country. It incorporates running. I do cross country, but not track... in the track season I play softball! :) I think you should to XC if you can run at least 2 miles without getting tired!!! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is a trick, NOTHING can replace running. NOTHING, cross-country would be best. I did cross-country first then did track to keep me in the running mood. Cross-country is a very good running sport, and is much more competitive. But sometimes you're better at sprinting than running distance, or sometimes you're better at distance than sprinting. Try it out and see if you like it!
The type of material used in athletic tracks completely depends on the company. I know that Plexipave uses Poly-Resin binders. Most are some sort of pressurized rubber. Hope this helps! Every official athletics track is made out of a rubber synthetic called tartan. It gets its name mainly from the colour of it. It's better than grass or concrete as its 'bouncy' and is kinder on the ankles. A harder track is better for sprinting and a softer track better for long distance.
