EDVAC(1946 - 52) - Electronic Discrete Variable Automatic Computer is the first computer using the stored program concept. Programs were wired on the boards in the earlier models of computers. Dr.John Von Neumann introduced the " stored program " concept . The basic idea behind this concept is that a sequence of instructions and data can be stored in the memory of a computer for automatically directing the flow of operations .
One of the first was the British Collossus vacuum tube computer made in secret during the second world war to decode the Nazi enigma code signals intercepted by radio. Collossus ran a punched paper tape at 30 MPH through an optical reader. The stored program was written by Alan Turing amongst others at the Bletchley park Mansion in the Midlands.
It ran its first program on 21 June 1948.It was build as a test bed for the Williams tube(an early form of computer memory)and not as a machine for practical use.
The Manchester Small-Scale Experimental Machine (SSEM), nicknamed Baby, was the world's first stored-program computer. It was was a very limited prototype computer built at the Victoria University of Manchester, England, by Frederic C. Williams, Tom Kilburn and Geoff Tootill, and ran its first program on 21 June 1948. The SSEM had a 32 bit word length and a memory of only 32 words using CRT based DRAM, the only arithmetic operations implemented in it's ALU were subtraction and negation. It operating speed was roughly 1.1kIPS.
The circuits designed and verified on the SSEM were then improved and used to build the Manchester Mark 1. The Manchester Mark 1 in turn quickly became the prototype for the Ferranti Mark 1, the world's first commercially available general purpose computer.
The Z3 is the first freely programable computer made by Konrad Zuse Made by Konrad Zuse , the Z3 is th first freely programable computer.
The Manchester Baby was the first running stored program computer, with a grand total of 32 words of memory, each word was 32 bits wide.

Computers use a binary system, not decimal.
The first computer is known as ENIAC, and it was designed for military use. It was finished in 1946, and one of its first uses was to study the possibility of making a hydrogen bomb. One of the first google searches were, "how to make a hydrogen bomb".
ENIAC was the First computer that was used to store program.
Because they store the programs they are running in the same memory as they store the data that those programs are working on.
Right now I am using a laptop computer to reply to your question. It is fairly easy to use. The earliest computers controlled weaver's looms. They were fairly easy to use but difficult to program. The program was difficult to change. That was the situation for the first 150 years of computers. Today you can make a number to changes yourself to your own presentations. You do not need a professional programmer to do it for you. You still need to get the basic program designed by a professional programmer for you to make your own presentations.
You can use a program called Teamviewer.
I have stored my vinyl records in boxes for years.Cars entering the country are stored in large warehouses near the port.Information is stored on the computers hard drive.Root crops can be stored in cellars over winter.
If computers were not password protected, anyone who could use it and see any information you had stored.
Mainframe computers first used star topology
AutoCAD is a computer aided drafting software produced by Autodesk, Inc. It was the first CAD program to be available for use on personal computers.
All computers with Windows have a sound recorder on them.
Most computers will use F1 or the DELETE key to initialize the BIOS console. Most computers are shipped with AMD these days.
If the program is in source code and stored in a file, use the 'cat' command to list out its contents.
Data is the Information stored on Computers. Data makes up the files on the computer you use.
