If you mean by number of species and/or total actual organisms, yes. By the way, if you didn't know, arthropod means "jointed foot", and it is the group of animals with exoskeletons; i.e. insects; arachnids--ticks, Spiders, mites, scorpions, whipscorpions, harvestmen; crustaceans--crabs, lobsters, shrimp, isopods (roly-polies, sow bugs, pill bugs, wood lice); and the 'pedes--millipedes and centipedes.

In terms of count of species: By far the largest number of species under any phylum is arthropoda, the bulk of which are Insecta with almost a million species in that class alone. Of those, the bulk are coleoptera (beetles) with somewhere around 300,000-400,000 species described.

In terms of individuals or weight: Estimates indicate that the crustacean krill, is the most abundant species on the planet, and has the largest biomass of any organism. One species of krill alone may amount to around three quarters of a billion tonnes.

The Anthropoids may have arisen from the Annelids but do not encompass it. The Annelids would include the Anthropoids not the other way round.
