Unhealthy risk-taking behavior is a behavior that puts you at risk for a bad consequence. Healthy risk-taking behavior is a positive tool in an adolescent's life for discovering, developing, and consolidating his or her identity. :)
Risk behavior is behavior or other factor that places a person at risk for disease. These disease can include HIV/AIDS, diabetes, cancer, etc.
It is a behavior that puts you at risk for a bad consequence. An example is smoking puts you at risk for cancer, being overweight puts you at risk for a heart attack, breaking the law puts you at risk for going to jail, and so on.

If you teach your dog a trick and then reward him with a treat when he performs the trick, this is an example of learned behavior. Over time, the dog learned that he would be rewarded for following your command.
