No. Aside from being too far inland, it was founded long after the first thirteen
The first American colony, Virginia, was founded in 1607. The last of America's original thirteen colonies, Georgia, was founded in 1732. An American colony was officially considered a state when they ratified the constitution (ranging from 1787-1790).
they didnt like being under British controll because they had no representation
Legend has it that Betsy Ross created the first American flag. It was supposed to have had thirteen stars in a circle to represent the thirteen colonies. Sadly, all the proof of this legend being fact, including the flag itself, has been lost in the many years since the Revolution. Had the original flag survived, it would surely be hanging in the Smithsonian today.
There is no evidence that Protestantism was ever banned officially by any of the thirteen original colonies. There are occasional examples of Catholicism being banned by the Church of England before the Revolution, but never the reverse. The colony of Maryland, which was established by Catholics, may have had some reason to ban Protestantism, or even followers who espoused the idea, but there is no evidence that it was ever done.

under the articles of confederation 13 british colonies formed a national government. That's not to say that there weren't other colonies in existence or being formed.. just that they were not part of the confederation.

The act of being a citizen of Maryland. Maryland is one of the 50 states and one of the original colonies.
In 1789 North Carolina became the 12th state to be admitted to the Union, the second to last of the original 13 colonies (the last being Rhode Island). Because the Constitution required the ratification of only 11 of the thirteen colonies to take effect, North Carolina was in effect the first to join the Republic after the formal creation of our current system of government.
The thirteen colonies that revolted to form the United States were:New HampshireMassachusettsRhode Island and Plymouth PlantationConnecticutNew YorkNew JerseyPennsylvaniaMarylandDelawareVirginiaNorth CarolinaSouth CarolinaGeorgiaAt the time, Britain had several other colonies in North and South America and the Caribbean in Australia and the far east - not to mention the Indian Empire. France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Belgium also held colonies. Most of these were already inhabited by native peoples and were not heavily settled by the colonizing powersSo asking which were the last 13 to be settled, without being more specific, is an impossible question to answer.
