I personally need a consensus answer to this question. I hope our research experts will help us here. I feel research method consist of the type of research - qualitative, quantitative or mixed methods as well as the research design and all proceudues used in collecting and analysing data with which to find valid answers to research questions or carry valid test of research hypotheses. These include: population of the study, sampling procedure, the sample, instrumentation (including instrument construction and validation), data collection procedures, ethical collection, data preparation and procedure for answering research question or testing research hypotheses. Research design differ with the type of research that one deems suitable for finding valid answers to his/her research questions. Why do the stupid and obvious questions get answered on here but not the serious ones people need answers to?

Why have my three questions not been answered?

Questions are answered by people who know the facts or research them for you. When someone finds the answers for your questions, they will answer them. Making a clear question helps to get a quick answer. This question originally read, 'Have never used this site typed in three questions and did not have an answer for any why?' That is unnecessarily complicated. With thousands of new questions coming in all the time, it pays to make your questions as plain and direct as possible.

Why can't you find any answers on WikiAnswers?

You might be doing an unanswered question search, or maybe we don't have an answer for your question yet. Often questions will be answered quickly, but sometimes, especially for questions that take a lot of research or thought, the answer can take longer. Sometimes looking in the appropriate category for questions that are already answered will help.
