You listed the same thing twice! Did you mean to do that? By the way, it should be "Which of these instruments is larger," not "Which of these instruments is largest."
Yes, but there are some very small "portative" pipe organs that can be played with one hand and pumped with the other that will fit on a table top. They are rather rare though.
The pipe organ.

Pipe Organ
The instruments most similar to a pipe organ are:Flute (pipe organ has flute pipes of different lengths)Harmonium
"Tuba" Would be the largest brass orchestral instrument. The Octa-bass, and more recently the Triple contra-bass viol, would be the largest orchestral instruments even though how rarely they are used in performances.
It could be anything. It depends on the particular organ. The largest pipe or the largest rank? Read the Wikipedia article on pipe organ and get your terminology straightened out.
Harmonium :)
That depends. If you consider percussion instruments and keyboard instruments to be seperate groups, then the pipe organ belongs in the keyboard group. If you consider percussion and keyboard instruments to be the same group, then the pipe organ is a percussion instrument. It's worth noting that the pipe organ is also technically a woodwind instrument, because the sounds come from wind passing through its pipes.

Piano! Pipe organ Piccolo
I just love the sound of an old-fashioned pipe organ. The skin is the human body's largest organ.
An accordion. Some accordions have keys like that of a piano. Update: There is also the pipe organ, organ, harpsichord, and clavichord.
The pipe organ in the Macy's store in Center City Philadelphia is the largest functioning musical instrument in the world. It is known as the Wanamaker Organ as it is housed in what was once a Wanamakers department store. First used on site at the St. Louis World's Fair, it was purchased by John Wanamaker and and installed in his flagship store in 1904. It contains over 28,000 pipes and is operated by 600 horsepower of engines to fill the blowers. The actual largest musical instrument is the pipe organ in the Atlantic City Convention Hall in Atlantic City, NJ. It contains over 33,000 pipes but is currently only about 10% functioning. The Great Stalacpipe Organ, Luray Caverns, Luray, VA, USA: Stalactites covering 3 1/2 acres of the surrounding caverns produce tones of symphonic quality when electronically tapped by rubber-tipped mallets. This most unique, one-of-a-kind instrument was invented in 1954 by Mr. Leland W. Sprinkle of Springfield, Virginia, a mathematician and electronic scientist at the Pentagon. If you are talking about musical instruments, then it is the pipe organ in the Macy's store in Center City Philadelphia. That is the largest functioning musical instrument.
