In 1517 German monk martin Luther nailed a document to the door of church in Germany that many historians believed launched the Protestant Reformation. what was the name of the document?

I don't believe that Martin Luther gave his 95 Theses a name, although that is what they are called now. Here is what he wrote at the top of his Theses:Out of love for the truth and the desire to bring it to light, the following propositions will be discussed at Wittenberg, under the presidency of the Reverend Father Martin Luther, Master of Arts and of Sacred Theology, and Lecturer in Ordinary on the same at that place. Wherefore he requests that those who are unable to be present and debate orally with us, may do so by letter.Currently, they are referred to as:Disputation of Doctor Martin Lutheron the Power and Efficacy of Indulgencesby Dr. Martin Luther, 1517

What does migration mean?

It means moving from one place to another.Like the Native Americans did from Siberea to the Ice Lands.Migration is when birds fly SOUTH for the approaching winter. But it depends on where you live. If you live up north than you will see it a lot. However, if you live in like Mexico or something you will see an increased amount of birds instead of a bunch of flying birds migrating.

What was the city in German where the Protestant Reformation originated?

The city's name was Wittenberg, now Lutherstadt Wittenberg, where Luther famously posted his 95 Theses in 1517. (When originally founded, the city was named Wittenborg.)(This is not the same place as the smaller "Wittenburg" in Northern Germany.)
