First, there are a number of institutions named Everest in a number of states. I am not sure which of them you are referring to. I can say that the University of phoenix, has the preferred regional accreditation. If the Everest College you are referring also has a regional accreditation it will be a toss up. The only thing I can tell you is that the individuals I know who have graduated from the University of Phoenix were extremely satisfied with their coursework and student services.

The degrees differ greatly. They are two fundamentally deferent schools. The University of Phoenix is a for profit school and more than likely would not make the list of top 100 schools in the US. The advantage for the University of Phoenix, is convenience and number of degrees offered.

the only thing that everest has on UOP is that it pervides you with a computer which is said to be free although there is a four thousand price diffrence so you do the math also a degree at UOP is 60 Credits and a degree at Everest is 90 so I am going to have to say UOP even though i have been to both schools and moved from UOP to Everest I am Now moving back but you need to be the judge just dont let everest fast talk you like i did

Yes. UoP is a private, for-profit institution. They are far more expensive than a state school. They will accept almost anyone, but that is not a good thing. The lower the standards, the less utility the degree will have. They are regionally accredited, so they are legitimate, but there are far better, cheaper options at state schools. (even online)
