I will have to say the digestive system break down the most food because it contains enzymes which breaks down substrates and speed up chemical reactions and allows it to flow through your blood stream, amalyst, catalyst, enzyme pepsin, and others.

There are two different kinds of digestion: chemical and mechanical. Mechanical digestion is the physical breakdown of food and is done primarily in the mouth and in the stomach.
