Since Earth's Moon was likely formed from a chance collision, the formation of moons may not have been a stable process in the inner solar system. Any moons that formed around Venus or Mercury could have been swept away by the stronger gravity of the Sun, as might smaller moons around Earth. If Mercury or Venus ever had satellites, they were lost long ago.
In science, a 'satellite' is an object orbiting a planet, and can refer to anything from moons to man-made satellites. In any case, Mercury and Venus are the only ones without satellites in general, and all of the rest have moons, man-made satellites, or both.
The first two planets, Mercury and Venus, do not have satellite's
Mercury & Venus have no natural satellites.
Both Mercury and Venus, the two inner most planets, have no moons (natural satellites).
In our solar system, neither Mercury nor Venus have any natural satellites.
Correct. Of the planets, Mercury and Venus are the only planets without any natural satellites.
The two inner most planets have no satellites/moons - Mercury and Venus. All the other planets have moons.
Only Earth, Venus, Mars and Mercury have artificial (man made) satellites orbiting them.
In our solar system, only Mercury and Venus lack natural satellites (moons).
There are two in our solar system. They are Mercury and Venus.
Because it doesn't. This is not really a "why" sort of question, it's just the way things happened to work out.
