I personally say it's because more gas escape from a warm bottle of soda than from a cold bottle.

∙ 9y agoThe carbon dioxide forcefully bound to the drink is what causes the fizz, as it slowly seeps out. The warmer soda has more actively moving molecules, meaning the release of the carbon dioxide is sped up.
