Arteries Always carry blood Away from the heart. Most are oxygenated except the pulmonary arteries which are low in oxygen and are going to the lungs to pick up oxygen.
Blood clotting is basically your bodys response to a breach in the skin or tissue. Think of it like a shield. If you get a cut and bleed not only does your body need to stop bleeding but it also needs to prevent infection. So it releases a chemical, a sort of webbing to trap blood platelets and stick together thus making a scab for example.
I have never heard of cocine and only have one body unfortunately for me. Cocaine widens the blood vessels and closes some of the links within the brain. Creating a light headed sensation and preventing memory and the feeling of pain. There are probably many more things that it does but they are the main ones that i know of.
