Most beers average 4-6%.
Many micro and nano brewery's have much higher. Many of my beers are around 8-10%.
Flying Dog brewery has several between 10-11%, Dogfish Head makes some as high as 20%.
Brewdog has one over 40%.
The highest I've ever heard of was from England, and it was somewhere around 60%. It may have been a whiskey blend.
Distilled spirits are the ones with higher alcohol contents. The more effective the distillation, the higher the alcohol content. You can obtain Evercleer, an almost pure alcohol spirit that is 99% alcohol. Mixing higher proof drinks to make things like a Long Island Ice Tea will give you a very high alcohol, but they are costly!
Everclear straight up.
Everclear is 190 proof whole grain alcohol and is not legally available in some states.
A Long Island Iced Tea contains the most alcohol. It contains shots of vodka, tequila, rum, gin, and triple sec.
They are all the same because it is set by federal law.
Grain Alcohol (ever clear)

Wines that have the highest concentration of alcohol are called fortified wines. Alcohol content in fortified wine can be as high as 18%, and happens when the yeast dies which adds more alcohol to the wine.
No. Alcohol percentage is measured per volume.
Cisco wine is a fortified wine which has an alcohol content of 20 percent by volume or 40 proof. Regular table wines have an alcohol percent of about 12 and wine coolers range from 4-7 percent.
The intoxicating effect of alcohol is based on alcohol content measured as a percentage of volume. The higher the percentage of alcohol the stronger the beverage and more intoxicating compared to the same volume of lower percentage beverage. In the case of most wine and beer, wine often has more alcohol by volume than beer.
Each person will have different tolerances. How much wine it takes depends on their tolerance, and the percentage of alcohol in the wine.
Not too sure what your question was. The answer would be 100% wine in grape wine. But if you are asking for alcohol level, its 11% -15%, depending on the wine.
Short answer: No.Longer answer: It depends on the drink. Most wine coolers have the same (or greater) alcohol content than some beers. But if you're used to drinking single malt scotch neat or shots of Patron tequila, then a wine cooler would be a significant reduction in alcohol content.
