Get caught with a knife doing WHAT? As long as you were not committing any unlawful act and/or the knife was 'legal' you should have no problem with the law. And - if you aren't on probation why are you worried about that fact?

∙ 14y agoNo one can read the judge's mind and predict what he might do to you. The worst that could happen is that your probation will be rescinded and you will be remanded to jail to serve the remainder of your sentnece AND be processed for prosecution of the new offense.

∙ 14y agoif you are arrested while on probation, u r supposed to contactyour officer. also, u can possibly have a retainer dropped on u once your officer is notified of your arrest and he can also put a bench warrant out for your arrest because it is considered a violation of probation. A new arrest is considered a violation of probation. If it is proved by a preponderance of the evidence that the new crime was committed, then the probationer may be resentenced to anything he could have been sentenced to for the crime that he is on probation for.

∙ 13y agoIf prosecuted and convicted your probation will probably be revoked. Why wouldn't it be? Committing a new offense while on probation for an offense indicates that you are not a good risk for community based supervision.
