What happens at the end of the movie in hangover?

But not to kill him but to rid the entity of Tyler, because they are the same person, Narrator needs to think of killing Tyler. So he does so and kills tyler. The movie ends with narrator and marla watching the buildings explode do to project mayham. The final shot of the film is a penis.
