∙ 13y agoThere are many places where someone experiencing these thoughts can go. While they are experiencing them they can go to the local accident and emergency department to talk to someone. This will not be counted as wasting the departments time. They can also go to the local hospital and talk to someone about seeing a councillor. The councillor can give the person numbers to call if they ever experience these thoughts as well as working with the person at trying to combat them.
