J.J. Thomson, chemist, discovered the negative particle (electron) in the atom.
Goldstein, scientist, discovered the positively charged particle (electron) in the atom.
James Chadwick discovered the neutral particle (neutron) in the atom.
Each included the particles that were known at a particular time in their atomic models, but scientist Neil Bohr proposed a perfect atomic model consisting of all these particles, and suggested the electronic configuration.
