No one. Wikipedia is a non-profit organization, managed by the Wikimedia Foundation. Before the foundation was formed, it was managed by Bomis. The web site is managed by a clique of elite admins who decide which contributors are accepted and what subject or content is worthy of inclusion.

Wikipedia is a registered US-charity so cannot be "bought" as such from a company like Google and even if they were able there is no reason why wikipedia would sell, the owners are pretty happy the way it is with it being no-advertising and non-profit
