Don't know if you can really put a "pricetag" on the original Haunted Mansion as Walt Disney began developing the concept of a haunted mansion nearly 20 years before it was actually constructed. In fact the actual "house" itself was built in 1962 or so but sat empty for years until the actual attraction could be built several years later. It finally opened on August 9, 1969.

Yes, this includes the beautiful pool area. The kitchen scene where Joe Black first tastes peanut butter was actually filmed in the Cartier Mansion.
