Anyone. So long as a registered pharmacist is employed to work in the pharmacy, the owner of the pharmacy does not have to be a pharmacist.

If you want to supply prescription only drugs, then yes. However if you only supply normal 'over the counter' medications, then no.

Not enough information given. WHAT KIND of clinic? If it is a medical clinic, ANYONE can OWN a medical clinic, but a pharmacist cannot practice medicine.
