Who can tell me what is wrong my stick insect lying on bottom of cage only moving its legs once in a while?

Possible causes might would be hunger, thirst or old age (most pet species only live for a year).
It is possible that the insects might be dead. Stick insects do not live long. Their legs can continue to move for days after they are actually die.
Stick insects usually don't move to conserve energy but if it seems to remain in the same place for more than 1 or 2 days and it's food has not been eaten since you noticed the strange behavior, that might mean it is dead or sick.
