A french man by the name of David Belle is commonly attributed as the original traucer (a person that performs parkour). David Belle himself would say that parkour is not invented, but is a natural and primitive ability within everyone.
Raymond Belle who was a French solider created Parkour and then passed down the moves to his son David Belle who perfected them.
Yes, but he did not create it, french soldiers/spies needed a quick way of getting away from a bad situation, then at one point military officials came up with parkour, which was basically a french Martial Arts. After he left the military he did show his son, who did perfect it and did it for fun or a pass time. As well as he later showed friends who started this, over years it has been introduced to to many people and eventually became popular enough to make it a sport, now even national competitions, and TV shows.
Somewhere on Pangea
however it was made popular and named in France, by a group called the yamakazi
It was created sometime in the 80s by David Belle
and it was passed down from his dad to him
A serial killer was chaising John Waine, but John escaped by jumping over many a wall and trash can.

Ultimate Parkour Challenge was created on 2009-10-22.
Parkour has always been around, in all countries, however, it did not have a name up until the term was invented (created). So, there is no real date as to when parkour came to the U.S.
I did parkour yesterday. I am doing parkour today. I will be doing parkour later on today.
The definition of parkour is individualistic, practitioners of parkour define parkour in their own way. However, all people can agree parkour is the freedom of movement.
David Belle is the founder of parkour, but no one 'made' parkour.
I would not rely on just watching parkour videos to learn parkour from. You have to be in tip-top shape to do parkour. You do not want to break anything.
Parkour can be start by run.
Urban Quickrun is a Parkour team created by James Baxter and Tommy wilton on the 12th od December 2009. They made it so they can compete with other Parkour teams and to show people that Parkour isn't bad for you :) (To join, send me a message to: Jameskenzen@googlemail.com)
