It's Hermione, and you really need to read the books to find out. Generally speaking though, they are on a search for the Horcruxes to destroy them, and ultimately Voldemort.
Harry Potter and the deathly hallows is the 7th and final Harry Potter book. As for what is "in" it I'm not sure what you're asking. But in it Harry, Ron, and Hermione search for horcruxes. Which are items that contain pieces of Voldemorts broken soul... Hope that helped. SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE BOOK YET P.S. In the end there is a flash-forward and it tells you who everyone marries and what kids they have.
The story of Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince is mostly about the horcruxes, Snape, and the book. The half- blood prince is Severus Snape, Harry's professor in Defense Against the Dark arts. Harry finds the first horcrux with the help of Professor Dumbledore, they destroy it to make Voldemort weak. Harry find a book that belong to the half-blood prince (Snape), the book was the source of praise Harry got in his Potions class it was also the source of trouble.
What do you mean by moods? Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows has a lot of deaths (thus the name). It is very dark because Harry has to go on a long quest to find Voldemort's horcruxes and figure out how to destroy them. But it is also thrilling, romantic, sad, traumatic, horrific, and simply and utterly amazing. :) I hope this was what you were looking for.

If you have seen the 6th one you will understand that Harry Hermione and Ron leave Hogwarts to find and destroy the horcruxes. Do not read the following if you have not read Harry Potter 7. Harry kills Voldemort with his own Avada Kedavra as well as expelliamus.
Harry and his friends (Ron and Hermione) set out to find the horcruxes. Snape is headmaster and Dumbledore is gone. The horcruxes have to be destroyed. But the horcruxes only take in what makes them stronger (like the sword of Godric Grindiffer). The horcroxes contain parts of Voldermets soul. There are two parts to the movie.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione need to find the 6 (of what they know) Horcruxes and destroy them. they found and destroyed them all to defeat Voldemort.
They were having a good deal of difficulty figuring out how to destroy the Horcruxes and the also struggled to find out where the Horcruxes were as they only one they found easily was the locket (and even that wasn't easy to get).
