Nobody ... there was no NLCS in 1968.

Divisional play in the National League began in 1969 with the addition of the Montreal Expos (now Washington Nationals) and San Diego Padres to the League. The first ever NLCS was played in 1969.

The Cardinals won the 1968 National League pennant by 9 games over the San Francisco Giants.
