Well, Sandy McSouthers dies, but he actually doesn't. Sandy McSouthers is actually Mr. Westing, Barney Northrup, and a few other characters. Once this is figured out, Sandy McSouthers actually does die in the arms of Turtle. Plus, Crow and Otis Amber die sometime after the game ends.

Turtle's chess partner at the end of "The Westing Game" is Flora Baumbach, her mother. They team up to solve the mystery of Sam Westing's death and win the Westing game.
Josie-Jo is Sam Westing's long-lost daughter. She discovers her true identity and relationship to Sam Westing by the end of the story in "The Westing Game."
I'm not sure what you mean by this, but he didn't die until the end, long after the actual game. If you mean where they found the wax figure of him that they thought was Sam dead, then that would be the Westing House.
At the end of "The Westing Game," Chris Theodorakis receives a full scholarship to college from Sam Westing's will. He also gains confidence, skills, and friendships throughout the mystery game that help him grow as a person.

My favorite part was when Sandy/Sam Westing/Julian Eastman/Barney Northrup finally dies for real, because Turtle and him discuss all the good times that they had. I LOVE WESTING GAME
